I loved the beds, they were big, and how absolutely kind the staff was. Breakfast was above average, with lots of food options. Airy and bright room with a spacious bathroom. Good reception...

Ideal location, pleasant staff, really comfy bed. The staff did all they can for a perfect stay. All facilities were great too. We loved the proximity to a market and shopping malls in Krakow.
